Shipping & Returns

Thank your for your purchase.

We will ship out on all orders received by 2:00 PM (Central time)within 24 business hours except Saturday and Sunday. All order submitted after 2:00 PM will be shipped out on the next business day. All order submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday morning.

We will make every effort to fulfill your order properly. However, in the event that you must return all or part of your order because of a problem, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to inform us of your situation. Please email or call us to get a return authorization before shipping them.

We regret that we cannot refund shipping costs and insurance.

We will credit your returned merchandise providing ALL the following conditions exist:

(1) Merchandise is shipped back in the same condition as when it left our store, including original packaging.

(2) Proper information is received with the returned shipment, such as the original sales invoice.

(3) Where the refund check should be sent to.

There will be a 10% restocking charge/handling charge on all returned merchandise.

The following items CAN NOT be returned:

(1) All nutritional supplement products, ginseng and all other oral taking products.
(2) Cameras, camcorders and other electronics except defect products.
(3) Opened (if seal is broken) skin care products; Used cosmetics, such as facial creams, lipsticks, perfumes, etc.

All sales of Electronic items are final except for defect merchandise which will be exchanged within 30 days from date of receipt.
